Plan to Set A fire Bus Full of Passengers,Gujarat

Events taking place over the last 6 days in different
localities indicate that well planned plot to engulf Ahmedabad in a web
of fear and mutual distrust was hatched. Every day some events take
place to frighten the citizens eager to heave a sigh of relief. Last
night crowds belonging to both the communities pelted stones at each
other and there was use of crude bombs and dozen of houses were burnt in
localities of Amraiwadi, Ramol, Dudheshwar,
Astodia Road etc. One
person died and two were injured in police firing.
A repeat of the Godhra massacre nearly took place close to
the Central Bus Station in Astodia area of Ahmedabad today. A large
crowd encircled a State Transport bus coming to Ahmedabad from Dahod and
started throwing stones at it. The passengers were terrified. The
driver, however, took the bus at full speed into the crowd. Half a dozen
miscreants were injured in this. Thereafter, the driver Shri Haribhai
took the bus to the Bus Station through another route.
The passengers enthusiastically thanked Haribhai and many
of them were close to tears.
