Deendayal Shodh Samsthan

The Deendayal Shodh Samsthan was founded in the year 1972 with its Head Quarter at Delhi.

The principle objective of the D.S.S. is to task the effetely of the philosophy, concepts and ideas etc. of Deendayalji by translating them into actual practice. It focuses its affection on all round development of villager boated particularly ill backward or neglected areas of our country.

In the year 1978 it stawled an experiment in yogaprabhagram, a village in Gouda dish of Uttar Pradesh and within just three years, transformed the enlive pieties of that area. So ill encase agricultural yield it constrained thousands of tube wells as well as wells by using bamboo in place of steel pipes locally available bullocks were used in place of diesel pumps to pull the water. Thus vast area came under cheap and easy irrigation. Seaver of such innovates programmes, in addition to agriculture, were launched at Gouda in experimental basic, either as undependably self employment activities or as activities supplementing agricultural income. Facilities for marketing the produce were established, and local reasoned were prospected and developed to meet their day to day needs as to reduce their dependence on cities.

Health education, Health camps, Eye camps etc. were conducted.

Renovation of existing Temples was undertaken to promote was strengths religious bias of the villages and religious programmes were also organised regularly.
